What started as a small WhatsApp group of nurses preparing for the NCLEX has grown into a global coaching platform helping nurses transition to careers in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and beyond.

A nurse-led mission
Our founder started just like the nurses we help today — full of ambition, but stuck in endless loops of paperwork, rejected applications, and exams that felt impossible to pass. Getting that first license abroad meant years of late nights, study sessions after long hospital shifts, and moments of wanting to give up.
But they did it. That license led to a thriving international nursing career, and a burning passion to make the same path easier for others. Every roadmap, every coaching call, and every resource we create carries that lived experience — so you never have to navigate the journey alone.
